The star of the show !


So Apéro ! is an artisanal company established in Sciez, in the French Chablais region, on the border of the Haute-Savoie department, just a stone’s throw from Switzerland. Men and women have always managed to get the very best out of this challenging environment, located between the lake and the mountains. Wines, cheese, salted foods are an integral part of the culture of this mountain area.

It is here, in this highly-favourable setting, between Geneva and Evian-les-Bains, that we decided to revive and develop the Guillotine, sausage slicer. Its inherent characteristics that you will be able to enjoy for many years to come are directly inherited from its environment: sturdiness, tradition, simplicity.

Since july 2014, So Apéro ! is located in the village of Perrignier. We can meet directly in our workshop. You will discover all the So Apéro ! products.
